now these people just want your money as soon as they get what they want they are not intrested they will give you all kinds of bullshit like we have the best after care service ours is like no others out there well please take my advice and dont buy from them they are parasites leeches dishonest and things change big time as soon

if you have a problem with your sofa they will ask you for pictures you have to write a letter telling them of all the faults you have they will blame your dog your kids and the cat anything to save them sending a technician out please do not buy from these scouse scumbags as they are nothing but scammers once they got your money thats it you will have nothing but probs with them all the time so take note you have all been warned there web site is below thanks and i hope you take on board what you have been told today
now with any sofa anyone buys you get a 12 month cover as standard not with sofaland they will try every trick in the book to say you are not covered and this and that was not part of the 12 month cover that any normal company gives you
go to dhl or dfs no probs they send someone out dont ask for pictures or you dont have to argue
on phone with them big probs at sofaland they just dont care once the money has gone out of your bank acount or pocket ... i hope you have took my advice today and look for a decent company that wont scam you out of your money

Shopped at sofaland Warrington and overjoyed with prices and services until delivery of our corner leather suite. Within a week the corner seat was sagging and lower height to rest of couch. The leather colour on the left arm also started to fade and was considerably lighter to rest of couch. All within the first week. Made 13 phone calls and sent 26 emails with photos until 4 months later they came out to see it and agreed it would be exchanged. We had been duped into paying extra money for 5 year cover at time of buying and were assured that this would allow us to exchange the couch. It's now been one year and 6 personal visits to the store as well as countless phone calls. We have been informed the person responsible has now left so they are unable to pursue our request. Would never shop here again. We were duped by low prices and became greedy and were given a shoddy product. Next time I would rather go to a better reputed store and pay more with the satisfaction of good product.

ReplyDeletecouldnt agree with the author more....stay away from these people! i received damaged on delivery sofas over a year ago and am still fighting for a refund now! if you work hard for your money and value every penny do not be scammed by these people go elsewhere!
ReplyDeleteWe ordered a sofa from them nearly 6 weeks ago- it was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. it arrived after 4 and was damaged so the delivery driver took it back. We have called and called and called and just keep getting fobbed off- it was supposed to be redelivered yesterday or today so I took both days off work as holiday and it never came, noone will take responsibility when I call up. Disgusting customer service!

ReplyDeleteSofaland has now closed down, I have a 3+2 recliner and the 2 seater had collapsed on the left side, I was meant to get a replacement on the 16/08/2016 but bow I can whistle for it I guess

ReplyDeleteI bought one under 2 years ago,in a day I noticed a rip under the arm of the corner suite I got it took days but someone come out and repaired it, yesterday I noticed big rips in the back cushions, I am devastated as I cannot get it fixed and it is only going to get worse and I cannot afford to buy a new suite, I really don't know what I am going to do
